Visiting this website
The server records technically necessary information (page requested, time, browser, IP address) in order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. We use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising services. Fonts, pictures and films are served by us; no data is passed to third parties when you visit.
Online booking, WhatsApp, email, phone
Online booking leads to Denteo, our practice's booking system; its privacy policy applies there. The WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp (Meta). If you write to us or call, we use your details only to deal with your request. Please do not send health data via WhatsApp or unencrypted email.
Chat assistant
If you use the chat assistant, the text you enter is sent to OpenAI (USA) to generate the answer. We do not store the conversation on our server. If that service fails, a language model on a server of our web service provider answers the question. Please do not enter health or personal data in the chat. To protect against abuse, the server keeps your IP address in memory for no more than ten minutes.
