Dr. med. dent. Sara Saffari

Curriculum vitae

Dr. med. dent. Sara Saffari studied dentistry at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, where she also completed several years of specialist training, qualifying as a specialist orthodontist. Her passion for the field runs in the family: her father was an orthodontist too.

In 2005 she moved to Switzerland and realised her vision of a patient-centred specialist practice: for almost two decades she successfully ran her own orthodontic practice in Küssnacht am Rigi.

Her clinical focus is invisible orthodontics, with a particular emphasis on the lingual technique (braces on the inside of the teeth), and the holistic treatment of children, adolescents and adults. Her work stands out for craftsmanship, modern treatment methods and a deep passion for working with people. Dr. Saffari is an active member of several national and international orthodontic societies.
